Onna Village, located along Okinawa’s resort-filled west coast, is a great area to explore.
In this post, I’ll introduce a cozy spot where you can grab a panini and coffee—perfect for a quick stop while driving around the island or heading to your hotel. For more café and lunch spots in Onna Village, check out the links below!

・PANINO & COFFEE PALLET

PANINO & COFFEE PALLET 2486-1 Serakaki, Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture, 904-0404
It’s already feeling like the peak of summer here in Okinawa—clear skies and sunshine all around.
As you drive north along Route 58, you’ll spot a small, warm-looking brick café just next to the ANA InterContinental.
This cozy spot serves up panini and is a great place to stop by on your way to northern Okinawa attractions like the newly opened Jangaliea or the famous Churaumi Aquarium.

Keep an eye out for the yellow road signs showing directions to various Okinawa spots—that’s your landmark. There are about four parking spaces available, but it looks like there are other places to park nearby too. Who knew such a stylish little café was tucked right next to the InterContinental?
In an area filled with burger joints and Hawaiian-style cafés, the fact that this place serves panini really stands out. Panini are warm, pressed sandwiches that originated in Italy—definitely a unique find around here.

The inside of the café is on the smaller side, but there are counter seats, a terrace area, and takeout is available—making it an easy, casual stop.
Out of all the panini options on the menu, the one that caught my eye was the thick-cut bacon panini.

I ordered a cold brew as a set.
It came with a piece of rich, bitter chocolate on the side, so I enjoyed it black—no syrup or milk needed.

Then came the panini.
The little message on the plate really warmed my heart.
I hadn’t been able to smile much lately, so seeing something I needed most right now written out like that—it really hit home (haha). Big thanks for that.
By the way, the word “Happy” was written in ketchup!

The bacon was seriously thick!
The panini had a nice crispy crunch and was served perfectly warm—just the right amount of heat.

Since I dropped by around lunchtime, more and more customers started coming in after me. Glad I grabbed a seat at the counter when I did!
Their peppermint mocha coffee also sounded tempting…
I used to think of panini as being pretty simple—just prosciutto and cheese—but they’ve got all kinds of fillings here, like curry and steak, so you won’t get bored.
PANINO & COFFEE PALLET opens as early as 7 a.m., making it a great spot for breakfast. With its stylish vibe, it’s perfect for a casual drive date or a laid-back morning with the family.
They also sell some original goods inside, including coffee beans and utensils.

If you’re getting takeout, why not relax and enjoy it at Nabee Beach or the more hidden Seragaki Beach?
Nearby hotels include BEB5 Okinawa Seragaki by Hoshino Resorts and Oriental Hills Okinawa.

The weather’s great, and after enjoying a panini and feeling recharged, I’m heading to the place I’ll be staying this time.
All in all, I left the shop feeling pretty happy.
Next time, I’ll be sharing a report on a luxury resort hotel in Okinawa—perfect if you’re planning a summer trip, so stay tuned!
